Summary
Give a new job about a week. If it's still quiet, open the job's menu, choose Edit job, and check: a title candidates search for, a pay range that fits your market, the right AI recruiter and no stricter than the role needs, active and passive candidates on with a wide enough radius, and Optimize visibility on. Changes shape the candidates you get from here on.

Here's a quick tune-up for a job that's gone quiet.
Give a new job about a week. If it's still quiet, open the job's menu, choose Edit job, and work down this list.
One: the title. Use the words candidates search for, and leave shifts, pay and bonuses out of it.
Two: pay. It's usually the first thing to check. A labor market report or an app flow analysis shows how your range compares with the market.
Three: the AI recruiter. Make sure the right one is on the job, and that it isn't stricter than the role needs.
Four: sourcing. This job only reaches active job seekers. Turn on passive candidates too, and widen the radius if you're in a rural area.
Five: keep Optimize visibility on, so your posting stays fresh on job boards.
Save your changes. They shape the candidates you get from here on, not the ones you already have.
Up next: messaging many candidates at once.
