For staffing firms: one AI recruiter per client (Video)

•

Summary

Candidates want to hear about the job site, not your office, so build one AI recruiter per client. Choose Sell the opportunity hard so it follows up more: someone who passes on one job may fit another client. Describe the client's plant, shifts and perks in company context without naming the client, and list the client as a company to avoid so your AI recruiter won't reach out to people who work there. The street address on a posting is optional.

Staffing firm? Here's how to set up an AI recruiter for each of your clients.

Candidates want to hear about the job site, not your office. So build one AI recruiter per client, and it can talk about that client the way your best recruiter would.

In My AI Recruiting Team, click New AI recruiter. Give it a first name, and note which client it's for.

For persistence, choose Sell the opportunity hard, so it follows up more before moving on. Someone who passes on this job may fit another client.

In company context, describe the client's plant, shifts and perks. Leave out the client's name. Your AI recruiter uses this to sell the job.

Under sourcing strategy, list your client as a company to avoid, so your AI recruiter won't reach out to people who work there.

Then pick this AI recruiter on that client's jobs. And you can leave the street address off a posting. The city, state and zip are enough.

Up next: winning new business with reports.
