Talent Search insights and fresher contact information
Candidate cards show known details such as target pay, shift preference, languages, role interests, mobility, responsiveness, and recent openness to opportunities. You can also filter by pay, shift, language, mobility, historical responsiveness, and recent openness to work.
Unlocks include a Freshness check receipt showing what contact information was checked and whether verified details changed.

Evidence-backed candidate assessments
Candidate assessments identify whether important claims come from the resume, screening conversation, prior FactoryFix information, or job requirements. When information was not discussed, the assessment says so instead of leaving a silent gap.

ATS applicants in FactoryFix
For accounts with inbound candidate sync enabled, new applications on live ATS jobs can flow into FactoryFix for scoring and screening. FactoryFix can also import existing applicants once when a synced job goes live without automatically messaging that back catalog, and enabled integrations can evaluate past ATS applicants as possible outreach targets.

Company Targets in Job Match Reports
Job Match Reports still start with specific live openings near the candidate. They now also include a broader Company Targets list of employers that commonly hire similar talent, even when they do not have a public opening today.
