The Performance Dashboard gives you a comprehensive overview of your recruiting efforts, from high-level outcomes to detailed AI recruiter activity. This guide explains the key metrics to help you measure your success.
Overview Tab: Your Hiring Snapshot
This tab provides a high-level summary of your recruiting results for the selected date range.
- Total Candidates: The number of unique candidates who first applied or were engaged through passive outreach during the period.
- Qualified & Engaged Candidates: Candidates who completed the AI recruiter screening and received a score of 3 stars or higher. This is a key measure of quality applicant flow.
- Interviews / Offers / Hires: Counts the number of candidates who were moved into these pipeline stages during the selected period, regardless of when they first applied.
- Candidates Awaiting Action: The number of recent candidates (applied in the selected period or 30 days prior) who have not yet had any action taken by your team (message, status change, etc.). This helps you identify potential bottlenecks.
AI Recruiter Activity Tab: Automation Performance
This tab focuses on the performance of your jobs and AI recruiters.
- Job Slot Utilization: Tracks the number of active jobs your team is running each day compared to the number of job slots included in your subscription.
- Applicant Funnel: Shows how many candidates moved into each pipeline stage (New, Engaged, Reviewed, etc.) during the selected period.
- Important Note on "Engaged" Counts: You may notice the "Qualified & Engaged Candidates" number on the Overview tab differs from the "Engaged" number in the Applicant Funnel. This is because:
- Overview Metric: Counts candidates who applied in the period and were engaged.
- Funnel Metric: Counts candidates who were moved to the Engaged stage in the period, regardless of when they applied.
Recruiter Activity Tab: Team Performance
This tab breaks down activity by individual team members (typically based on job ownership).
- % of Qualified Candidates Quickly Actioned: Shows the percentage of 3+ star candidates who received a response from your team (message, status change) within 48 hours of becoming "Engaged." This is a key metric for measuring response speed.
- Messages Sent: The number of manual messages sent by a team member. This does not include automated messages sent by AI recruiters.
Data Accuracy Depends on You
The accuracy of many dashboard metrics, especially for interviews and hires, relies on your team consistently and accurately updating candidate statuses within the FactoryFix pipeline.
