You can easily manage your FactoryFix subscription and understand your usage through your account settings.
How to View Your Subscription and Billing History
- Click your account icon in the bottom-left corner of the navigation menu.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
Here you can view your complete billing history and download any past invoice as a PDF for your records.
Understanding Job Slots
Your FactoryFix subscription includes a specific number of active job slots. An active job slot is any job that currently has an AI recruiter enabled.
- Using a Slot: When you activate a job, it consumes one of your available slots.
- Freeing Up a Slot: When you deactivate a job posting, that slot becomes free and can be used for a new job.
How Additional Job Slots are Billed
If you need to activate more jobs than are included in your base subscription, you can use additional slots.
- Notification: When you are about to exceed your included limit, a notification will appear in the app to inform you that this will result in an additional charge.
- Prorated Charges: When you activate an add-on job slot in the middle of a billing cycle, you are only charged for the portion of the cycle that the slot was active. For example, if your billing cycle is from the 1st to the 31st and you activate an extra job on the 15th, your invoice for that month will show a partial charge for that slot. On your next invoice, you will see the full monthly charge for the slot if it remains active.
The price for each additional job slot is determined by your contract agreement and is not displayed in the user interface. If you have questions about your subscription, please contact your Account Manager.
