Your FactoryFix invoice provides a clear breakdown of your subscription charges. This guide explains the common line items to help you understand your monthly billing.

Common Line Items on Your Invoice
FactoryFix Package / Subscription Fee
This is your core recurring charge for your subscription plan. It includes your base level of platform access, features, and your contracted number of active job slots. This fee is billed in advance for the upcoming billing period.Additional Job Slots
If you activate more jobs than are included in your base package, you will see a charge for each additional job slot. The price per add-on slot is based on your contract agreement.Prorated Charges
When you activate an additional job slot in the middle of a billing cycle, you are only charged for the portion of the cycle that the slot was active.Example:
- Your billing cycle is the 1st to the 31st of the month.
- On the 15th, you activate an additional job slot.
- On your invoice for that month, you will see a prorated charge for the add-on slot covering the 15th to the 31st.
- On your next month's invoice, you will see the full monthly charge for that additional job slot (assuming it remains active).
