The Most Placeable Candidates report gives staffing and recruiting company admins a weekly worklist of strong candidates surfaced across their jobs. It helps teams find promising people who may be buried in individual pipelines or still need follow-up.
What the report includes
The report includes up to 100 candidates surfaced during the previous 7 days who scored 3 stars or higher and have not clearly said they are no longer interested. It includes:
- Candidate name and location.
- Analysis of their fit.
- The job or search that produced the strongest match.
- Current FactoryFix pipeline stage.
- Whether the team opened, messaged, downloaded, or moved the candidate.
The report is a worklist only. It does not contact candidates or change their pipeline stages.
When it arrives
Eligible Company Admins at staffing and recruiting accounts receive the report by email on Mondays at 8:00 AM Central Time. The report is enabled by default for eligible admins.
Turn the report on or off
- Open Settings.
- Select Notifications.
- Find Reports.
- Turn Weekly most placeable candidates on or off.
The setting controls the report for your own inbox. Other eligible admins manage their own notification preference.
