A smarter Talent Search
We've significantly improved how Talent Search works under the hood, so it returns better-matched candidates. Job Match Reports
For staffing and agency recruiters, a great candidate is a reason to win a new client. Gold customers can now run a Job Match Report that does just that: select one or more candidates in Talent Search or the Candidate Archive, and FactoryFix researches which direct employers near them are currently hiring for matching roles, with short reasons each is a fit. You get one PDF per candidate by email — ready-made talking points to market the candidate and open conversations with new clients.Learn more: Request Job Match Reports
Recruiting From Your Phone
The same FactoryFix app now works in your phone's browser — no download required — so you can keep recruiting on the go. Candidates often reply at all hours, and the fastest response usually wins — so when a message comes in, tap the link in your notification email to jump straight into the conversation and reply before you miss a good one. Your Activity inbox keeps every unread thread in one place. More of FactoryFix is becoming mobile-friendly too, from Talent Search to the Candidate Archive.Learn more: Using FactoryFix on your phone
Automatic Refresh on Talent Search Unlocks
When you unlock a candidate in Talent Search, FactoryFix now refreshes that person's contact and profile information automatically in the background — no extra click and no extra cost. A small chip on the card shows Checking... while it runs, then resolves to Updated just now, Verified just now, or Checked just now so you know whether anything changed. Repeat AI Outreach Warning
When you manually start AI outreach for candidates you selected in Talent Search, FactoryFix now warns you if someone already has recent activity with your company — a prior outreach or application, including rejected or hired history. For a single candidate, you'll see a note and a link to view any existing conversation; when several are flagged, you can exclude those candidates from the batch before you proceed. Per-Job Sourcing Radius
A new Sourcing radius control lets you set how far your AI recruiter reaches when it proactively sources passive candidates — 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, or 100 miles (default 30). Key Improvements
Custom Skills on Jobs
When you teach your AI recruiter how to evaluate candidates, the Knowledge disciplines and Machines fields now let you add a skill that isn't in FactoryFix's built-in list. Type the term and choose the "Add ..." option that appears to save it to that job. Optional Street Address
The street address is now optional when you post a non-remote job. City, State, and Zip are still required and still drive where your job is shown, distributed, and matched to candidates — so leaving the street address blank doesn't affect that.
