For example, you can create a "Skilled Trades Recruiter" with a strict evaluation style and another "General Labor Recruiter" with a more lenient approach. When you post a new job, simply assign the right recruiter from your team, and all their saved settings for evaluation, sourcing, and communication will be instantly applied.
This saves you from repetitive setup and ensures a consistent, effective approach for every role you post.

The new Unread Messages Activity Feed solves this problem by giving you a single, centralized place to see every conversation that needs your attention.Accessible via the bell icon in the main navigation menu, this feed provides a real-time list of all unread messages from candidates across all your jobs. Clicking a notification takes you directly to the conversation, helping you maintain fast response times and keep qualified candidates engaged.

For teams who live in their Applicant Tracking System, we've rolled out major improvements to create a seamless "set-it-and-forget-it" workflow. You can now automatically activate jobs and configure your AI recruiter's key settings in FactoryFix without ever leaving your ATS. By adding simple hashtags like `#ff-dd` (for Dynamic Screening) or `#ff-ov` (for Optimize Visibility) to the job description in your ATS, you can instruct FactoryFix to activate an AI recruiter with your desired settings on the next sync.To make this experience even more reliable, we've resolved several backend integration issues, including fixing location data mapping for UKG and SAP SuccessFactors and eliminating duplicate applications in some systems to ensure a smoother, more accurate data flow.
