For teams that prefer to work primarily within their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), FactoryFix offers a "set-it-and-forget-it" workflow. By adding simple hashtags to your job descriptions within your ATS, you can automatically activate jobs in FactoryFix and configure key AI recruiter settings.
(Note: This feature must be enabled for your account by your FactoryFix Account Manager.)
How It Works
When your ATS syncs with FactoryFix, our system will scan the job description for specific hashtags. If a recognized hashtag is found, it will automatically activate an AI recruiter for that job with the specified settings.
Available Hashtags
You can use these hashtags in any combination by adding them to the job description field in your ATS.
- `#ff`: This is the primary tag required to activate the job. If you use only this tag, the job will be activated with default settings (Passive Sourcing ON, Optimize Visibility OFF, Screening OFF).
You can add specific tags to customize the setup:
- `-dd`: Sets the screening style to Dynamic Screening, where your AI recruiter has conversational interviews with candidates.
- Example: `#ff-dd`
- `-ao`: Sets the sourcing strategy to Active Only. Your AI recruiter will only process direct applicants and will not perform passive outreach.
- Example: `#ff-ao`
- `-ov`: Turns Optimize Visibility ON. Your AI recruiter will strategically refresh the job posting to maximize visibility.
- Example: `#ff-ov`
Combining Hashtags
You can combine multiple setting tags to fully configure the job from your ATS. The order does not matter after the initial `#ff`.
- Example: Adding `#ff-dd-ov` to your job description will activate the AI recruiter with Dynamic Screening and Optimized Visibility, while still using the default passive sourcing.
Important Notes
- This feature is not enabled by default. Please contact your Account Manager to have it turned on for your account.
- If no recognized hashtags are found in a synced job description, the job will appear in FactoryFix but will remain inactive until you manually activate it.
