To put that in perspective, we estimate we now have approximately one-third of the entire skilled trades and manufacturing workforce in our talent pool. This milestone reflects years of focused growth in these sectors, and it means more relevant candidates for your open roles. We're continuing to grow and refine the pool to ensure maximum quality and coverage.

Guide your AI recruiter’s screening conversations
If you use "Interview and dig deeper" screening, now you can add specific questions or topics you want your AI recruiter to cover during candidate conversations. Your AI recruiter will work these questions into the natural flow of the screening. No rigid scripts, just guided conversations that ensure your critical topics get addressed. Enable AI screening for manually sourced candidates
When you find a promising candidate in the talent pool and add them to an active job, you can now have your AI recruiter automatically start the outreach and screening process. Just toggle on "Start AI outreach" when adding them to a job, and your AI recruiter will handle the conversation, just like it does for candidates who apply directly. This eliminates the gap where you'd have to manually message and screen candidates you sourced yourself.Learn more in How to search the FactoryFix talent pool
Train your AI recruiter with feedback
When you rate a candidate's score (thumbs up/down or adjust the star rating), your AI recruiter now uses that feedback to improve its evaluations for that specific job. After every 5 pieces of feedback, the system analyzes your input and automatically refines how it scores future candidates. You'll see AI-generated scoring guidance appear in purple sections within your job settings. You can remove any suggestions you don't agree with, and the system will continue learning as you provide more feedback.Learn more in How your AI recruiter evaluates candidates
Set company‑wide AI permissions
Account administrators can now set company-wide policies for how AI features work across all jobs. This includes controlling:- Whether jobs use passive candidate sourcing or active applicants only
- Whether job descriptions stay original or get optimized for visibility
- What type of screening approach is used (dynamic, traditional, or none)
- Whether interview scheduling is enabled
When you set a policy, it applies to all jobs in your account (existing and new), and the platform enforces it automatically. This ensures consistent compliance with your organizational requirements without manual oversight on every job. You'll find these controls in Settings > Permissions.

Request applicant flow insights (per job)
You can now request a detailed analysis for any job you’ve posted to understand how its performance on FactoryFix compares to the local talent market. This report shows:- How many qualified candidates exist in your market for the role
- How your job requirements and pay compare to competitors
- Whether your current applicant flow is strong or weak given market conditions
- Specific recommendations to improve results including adjustments to pay, shift, job title, and more!
