Move candidates between jobs

Found a great candidate who applied for one role but might be a perfect fit for another? You can easily add their application to any other open job in your account.

How to Add a Candidate to Another Job

  1. Navigate to the candidate's profile in their original job application.
  2. Click on the Applications tab within their profile.

  1. Click the "+ Add candidate to another job" button.

  1. A window will appear allowing you to search for and select the destination job. You can filter to find the right job quickly.
  2. Select the target job and click "Add to job".

A new application record for the candidate will now appear in the 'New' stage of the destination job's pipeline.

Important Considerations

  • A New Application is Created: This action creates a separate application record for the new job. The candidate's original application remains on the first job.
  • No Automatic Screening: Your AI recruiter will not automatically engage or score a candidate that you manually add to a job. It treats them as a manually sourced candidate for that role, and you will need to initiate the conversation.
  • No Candidate Notification: The candidate is not automatically notified that you have added them to another job. We recommend sending them a message to let them know you think they're a good fit for another opportunity.
  • ATS Integrations: If you move a candidate to a job that is synced with your ATS, they will be pushed to your ATS according to your account's sync settings.
