Found a great candidate who applied for one role but might be a perfect fit for another? You can easily add their application to any other open job in your account.
How to Add a Candidate to Another Job
- Navigate to the candidate's profile in their original job application.
- Click on the Applications tab within their profile.

- Click the "+ Add candidate to another job" button.

- A window will appear allowing you to search for and select the destination job. You can filter to find the right job quickly.
- Select the target job and click "Add to job".

A new application record for the candidate will now appear in the 'New' stage of the destination job's pipeline.
Important Considerations
- A New Application is Created: This action creates a separate application record for the new job. The candidate's original application remains on the first job.
- No Automatic Screening: Your AI recruiter will not automatically engage or score a candidate that you manually add to a job. It treats them as a manually sourced candidate for that role, and you will need to initiate the conversation.
- No Candidate Notification: The candidate is not automatically notified that you have added them to another job. We recommend sending them a message to let them know you think they're a good fit for another opportunity.
- ATS Integrations: If you move a candidate to a job that is synced with your ATS, they will be pushed to your ATS according to your account's sync settings.
