Invite and manage team members

Building your team in FactoryFix is simple and allows everyone involved in the hiring process to collaborate effectively.

How to Invite a Team Member

Any user can invite new colleagues to join your company's account.

  1. From the main left-hand navigation menu, click the "Invite Teammate" button.
  2. In the window that appears, enter your colleague's email address.
  3. Click Send Invite. They will receive an email with instructions to create their account and join your team. By default, new users are invited with the "Standard User" role.

Understanding User Roles and Permissions

FactoryFix has two primary user roles:

  • Admin: Admins have full control over the account. They can invite and remove users, manage billing and subscription settings, and access the Performance Dashboard.
  • Standard User: Standard users have access to core recruiting functions like posting jobs, managing candidates in their assigned jobs, and searching the talent pool. They cannot manage account-level settings or remove other users.

How to Remove a Team Member (Admin Only)

Only Admins can remove users from the account.

  1. Click your account icon in the bottom-left corner and select Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Members tab.
  3. Find the user you wish to remove and click the three-dot menu to their right.
  4. Select "Remove user" and confirm. This will immediately revoke their access to your company's account.

Important: This action removes the user's access to your account. If you need a user's entire profile and data to be permanently deleted from the FactoryFix system for compliance reasons, please have a company Admin contact support for assistance.

A Note on Job Visibility

Assigning team members to a job controls who receives notifications and what they see in their default "My jobs" view. However, this is not a hard security restriction. By changing their filters to "All jobs," any user in your account can potentially view all jobs posted by your company. Please keep this in mind when posting confidential or sensitive roles.
