Archive (or delete) your job posting with CopilotUpdated a month ago

Archiving jobs removes the job from your default list views. You might want to archive a job if you think you'll need to reactivate Copilot for the future but have no present sourcing needs for the job/location combination.

Deleting a job removes the job from your account forever.

1. Click on the Manage Jobs tab icon at the top of the menu bar.

2. Select the job that you want to archive.

3. Click the three-dot job settings button in the upper right corner of the job card.

4. Click Archive.

5. To permanently delete the job from your account, click on the three-dot job settings button again and select Delete job.

6. To find your archived jobs, click on Filters. (Make sure you've deselected "show Copilot jobs only")

7. Click on Show Archived Jobs. 

8. Click on Apply. 

9. Identify archived jobs by the trash bin icon in the bottom right corner of the job card. 

10. Click on the archived job you'd like to view and the three dots. 

11. Take your intended action on the archived job. Clicking unarchive will allow you to edit the job and reactivate it.
