Go to Settings > Notifications to choose what FactoryFix sends you and whether it arrives by email, text (SMS), or both.
- New candidates: Sent when a new candidate finishes the screening questions and scores 3 or more stars. The email includes a PDF of the candidate's profile, so you can review or forward it without opening FactoryFix.
- Other app communications: New messages from candidates and other updates from FactoryFix.
- Reports: Recurring reports, such as the weekly Most Placeable Candidates report, where your account has them.
Which Jobs You Hear About
You get notifications for the jobs you own or watch. To change that, update the job's team. Learn more: Assigning team members to jobs
