Prorated Charges

Prorated fees for additional job slots added between billing cycles. You're only charged for the actual days used until your next billing date.

Billing Cycles and Proration Explained

FactoryFix bills in advance for your subscription services. When you add job slots mid-cycle, we calculate prorated charges based on:

• The day you added the job slot
• The number of days remaining until your next billing date
• Your per-slot rate

For example, if you add a job slot halfway through your billing cycle, you'll see:

1. A prorated charge for the remaining days in the current cycle
2. The full slot fee included in your next month's regular billing
