How to source passive candidates with Copilot Active OutreachUpdated 2 months ago

When you select “Active Job Seekers + Passive Candidates”, Copilot will proactively identify qualified candidates from our network of 2M+ manufacturing professionals and initiate personalized outreach. 


1. When creating or editing a job make sure all of the details of your job are completely filled out. After choosing your screening and job visibility preferences, you will be presented with two options for who Copilot should source for this job.

2. Selecting “Active Job Seekers Only” will only bring in candidates who have submitted an application to the position. 

3.  By selecting “Active Job Seekers + Passive Candidates” Copilot will prescreen potential candidates in our network against your job requirements, only reaching out to those who score three stars or higher. 

When candidates respond, Copilot engages them in natural, adaptive conversations to assess their qualifications and interest level. It asks targeted follow-up questions based on their responses, verifies key requirements, and uncovers important details about their experience and motivations.
 


5.  Potential candidates that Copilot reaches out to remain in the “Outreach” stage and only when candidates are both qualified and interested does Copilot move them to the Engaged stage of your pipeline and let them know a senior recruiter will be in touch. 

Note: Candidate ratings are adaptive meaning you may see a candidate's rating improve or worsen based on their answers to the screening questions. For example, a candidate that was originally scored 3 stars may drop to 2 as more information becomes available to Copilot.
