How to search the FactoryFix talent poolUpdated a month ago

Narrow your search down to the most qualified candidates in your area and leverage instantaneous text messaging to engage potential candidates.
1. The keyword search is the most powerful functionality for finding the right candidates. The keywords are a boolean search and will parse profiles for values present in the work experience, job title, and resume, first name, last name, skills, brands, technologies, email, phone, and resume.
2. Boolean Operators to help narrow your search
- AND - CNC AND Machinist
- OR - CNC AND Machinist AND Lathe OR Mill
- NOT - CNC AND Machinist AND Lathe NOT Mill
- Word groups i.e. CNC Machinist will parse results for the respective words listed next to each other in profiles.
3. In addition to Keywords, Location, and specific job title, add filters for skills, experience with specific machinery and technologies, brand-level expertise, and/or how recent there was FactoryFix activity.
4. Review the search results. Each candidate has a preview card with resume highlights including work experience, education, and skills and technologies. You'll also see how long ago they were active. If they look like a fit, click unlock. 
5. After clicking unlock, you'll now have the option to review their resume and add them to a job you're working on. 
6. After finding the job you'd like to add them to, you also have the option to send a message from that menu. 
7. After clicking "Add to job" you will now find them in the "New" stage of your job.
Save a Search
1. To save a search, set your search parameters and click search.
2. Navigate to the URL in your browser and hit "bookmark this tab" if you're on chrome.
3. Make sure when you navigate back to the bookmark that you are logged into your FactoryFix account.
