The Candidate Archive gives you instant access to every candidate that has been sourced through FactoryFix. Use this feature to quickly find and review specific candidate conversations across all your jobs.

Accessing the Candidate Archive

1. Find the Candidate Archive tab icon in your menu bar (it's the second icon from the top)
2. Click the icon to view your complete candidate database

Searching for Candidates

The Candidate Archive displays all candidates across your jobs in one centralized view. To find a specific candidate:

1. Use the search bar at the top of the archive
2. Type in the candidate's name
3. The system will automatically filter to show matching candidates
4. You'll see key information for each candidate including:
   • Name and contact details
   • Recent work experience
   • Last active status

Viewing Candidate Conversations

1. Click on any candidate record in your search results
2. You'll be automatically redirected to that candidate's conversation history
3. From here, you can review past interactions and take any needed actions with the candidate
