This guide walks you through connecting your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to FactoryFix. The process typically takes 1-2 business days to complete.
Before You Begin
Ensure you have:
- Admin access to your ATS
- Authority to grant integration permissions
- A list of which jobs should sync to FactoryFix
- Decided how you want applications to sync (immediately or after screening)
Connection Steps
1. Initial Setup Discussion
Schedule a call with your FactoryFix account manager to:
- Confirm your ATS is supported
- Review integration capabilities and limitations
- Discuss your specific requirements
- Plan the connection timeline
2. Receive Your Connection Link
Your account manager will provide:
- A secure connection link
- Setup instructions specific to your ATS
- Preview of the connection process
3. Complete the Connection Flow

For OAuth-supported systems (like Bullhorn and Lever):
