Clearer Interview Scheduling Activity
Your conversation thread now shows exactly how each interview was started. A timeline event indicates whether a teammate triggered scheduling manually or whether your AI recruiter started it automatically based on the job's settings. Calendar Events and Video Conferencing
If your calendar is connected with full read-and-write access, your AI recruiter now books interviews directly on your calendar as managed events. No more accepting separate invites. Account Lockout Protection
To protect your account, FactoryFix now locks sign-in after five consecutive failed attempts. If you are locked out, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page to reset your password and regain access. The reset link is valid for one hour.Key Improvements
"No Shift Specified" for Job Postings
The shift field on job postings now clearly separates "Multiple shifts" from "No shift specified." "Multiple shifts" signals that the role spans more than one shift and prompts your AI recruiter to ask candidates about their preference. "No shift specified" means shift data is not relevant, and your AI recruiter skips the question.
